Yes. ISP specific stuff, line problems; not often, but those are
questions that a helpline answers best.

Google's usually a quicker bet, if you append "site:myisp.com" to the
end of the query.

Know my way round my ISP reasonably well. I've found that when I have a
query it's a bit more complicated and relates specifically to something
that the helpline can answer, but for which Google is very little help.
