They work good enough, most of the time. Good enough most of the time is fine for a third party solution, but I definitely wouldn't want either of them rolled into the same OS that my grandparents use. Steve

Really? I heard about it, but could never verify. I use it for years on various servers, including one that used to give me headaches in Fetch days - maybe it's just fixed now (in either Fetch or on the server :-). So it seems to depend on the server. Did your wife send a bug report to the Cyberduck folks? I did it once and got a fixed beta within 2 days.
