A good Mac app isn't just about being pretty, it's about being usable.
MT-NW might have a few flaws and lack a lot of polish, but what it does
it does well. $29 might not be much for Unison, but that doesn't help
me from feeling cheated for having paid for an app that looked promising
but turned out unusable for serious reading.

Not for many people. Nor does Panic seem interested in improving them,
or offering customer service that in *any* way shows they're interested
in supporting substance-over-style customers.

and probably your server, too.

Funny how people who inhabit the same world see only their own version.
I get a response from Panic usually within 24 hours of an email. Their
filtering has improved with the newest version. That doesn't mean it
will do what you want it to do, though. Your filtering needs are likely
not the same filtering nees as others. Me, I need to kill file the
occasional user, highlight the occasional topic (e.g. Jazz Guitar) or
thread within a usegroup ("Japan" within travel usegroups). Oh, and
anything cross-posted to more than about 3 usegroups.

I'm took care of!

If you're loyal to a product you've enjoyed over the years, loyalty and
habit will likely keep you fixed there, and there's nothing wrong with
that. Of course at the same time the biggest problem with all other
products, for loyalists, is they are not the product they are loyal to.

As he said, you run it under Crossover for Mac.

How do you get Agent to work under Crossover. I just downloaded the 30
trial of Crossover and it doesn't support Agent?
Can you advise please?
