Your choice. Other thinks that it's preferable to only add the features
that you need to a basic environment.

And if Microsoft had added all features possibly wanted by any Windows
user, I'm sure a lot of people - including you ? - would have complained
about Microsoft's monopolistic attitude not giving other
vendors/developers the opportunity to sell/give away their own products.
