A Piece of C Code
Hi, I have a big code, and I cannot get understand some parts of it. Below is a piece of them: void determind_corr_value(void) { int8_t Leading0; uint32_t CorrValue; ... if( CorrValue>0) { // Detect bit number of MSB of CorrValue (Leading 0's are counted) Leading0 = 1; ... 14 May 2010 03:00

aliasing error question
Consider the system below. At point B it is graphed. The question is what is the value of the signal at 15Khz. And what is the aliasing error at this frequency. Why did they minus F_s-f=45 in the solution. And what is the value of the aliasing error mean? at Point A... 14 May 2010 10:34

band-limiting acoustic tx
Hi, I have an acoustic transducer with fairly simple analog frontend to which I'm building a digital modulating logic. It's custom stuff so we can't rely on anything OTS (e.g. interpolation reconstruction filter) and we don't have board space to do this in analog. So basically I need to make everything happen in... 13 May 2010 01:48

where does those cycles go?
It is a simple function with three-layer for-loops. Loop 1 has 7 iterations, loop 2 has 2 and loop 3, the inner most loop has 12 iterations. The inner most loop only does one CMPYR (TI intrinsic for one complex multiply and rounding). Theoretically it should take 7*2*12=168 cycles assuming one CMPYR per cycle with ... 13 May 2010 10:27
