Dear camera makers; reducing releases of cameras in a recession makes
about as much sense as cutting back advertising to save money. All
you do is allow your competition to take (and keep) market share. If
the market has shrunk from 100 to 80 (arbitrary numbers) do think
being LESS visible is going to help your company?? You are now
fighting over a smaller pie, so get the F--- in there and produce
something.

WOW, you must vote NDP (Canada's Socialists) too. Their plan is to spend
their way out of a deficit.

Given that you're a stupid racist bigot I'd hardly think that you're
in the slightest bit qualified to make decisions about multinational
corporations' strategies.

In the US that's the plan of the GOP. As I recall it was Reagan who
first pushed the idea.

I rather suspect that purchasers are pleased that their existing cameras
are not being made obsolete as often. Value for money will be even more
important than before, not reworks of a 10MP camera into an11MP one.
