YMMV indeed.
I've had a Dabs rep on the phone swear on their life that a courier had
indeed collected a faulty part that morning when I actually had it my hand
while phoning them that afternoon to complain. I appreciate they can have
problems with their suppliers (but that isn't my problem) but I did object
to being called a liar.

I had hear horror stories.

I guess the thing is that all companies have good and bad people, just
the luck of the draw who you get.
