incrementing page numbers for non-sequential numbers
I have a document in which foldout pages count as 2 pages. I would like to manipulate the auto numbering provided by the {page} field. I would like to automatically (in the sections with the foldout pages to have the page number look like 1/2 and the next page be numbered 3/4). When I switch sections I can fix... 2 Feb 2010 17:45
