Slow spooling to printer for Word Docs
When I attempt to print a Word document (small or large size) it takes forever (2 mins or more) to print. In some cases it never does print. However, if I take the same document and convert it to a .pdf, the printer starts printing almost immediately. Any ideas what could be causing this and what a solution ... 22 Jan 2010 12:58

Only Save or Cancel
I have a user who can only save or cancel when downloading a docx file from an intranet. No option to open directly. Not likely an IIS issue on the server as others can do this. IE7 is the browser.
