For now all that I can say is that the program is pretty slick and it works very well. I tried it on a couple of laptops that I was having trouble identifying the hardware and tracking down drivers for. It rocked. I'm not going to use it at work. That was just a test and it way outperformed Driver Genius, which we did purchase awhile back. My bets are on the Canadian firm, but at this point who knows?

I never really attempted any driver updates. Rather, I did clean XP installs on them whenever a problem developed, or when they came in for a tune up. I have never seen NT. We had Server 2000 and 2003. We don't much worry about drivers on servers. though.
