No, you can just set it in the preferences, but if as someone else said on here, it was like google, you can set your reply-to to whatever you want, but google will take it out and replace it with your gmail address. -- Woody

If you have a gmail account you can configure it to use a different address but it does have to be an address you control. When you set this up gmail will send an email to the address you use.
