It's still available as I type this.

I don't know where you are, but the US is five to eight hours behind
GMT. If they restrict the offer to the 24 hours of October 31st in
the US, it will still be available until at least 5 a.m. on November
1st in the UK.

Yeah I assumed they were talking 12:00 noon on the 31st, not 23:59:59.

It's been over 5 hours and I've not received my authorization code.
Not particularly encouraging sign.
