Can you answer the following question?

When a battery operated clock begins to tick slower has time changed
or do you replace the batteries?

You replace the batteries because you understand what occurs
physically in nature to cause the battery operated clock to tick
slower.

Just because most people are too ignorant to understand the physical
process behind what causes an atomic clock to tick at the rate it
does, does not mean time has changed.

The rate at which an atomic clock ticks is determined by the dark
matter pressure in which it exists.

I agree up to the point of the dark matter. Please forgive me, I am
still learning. This dark matter business, its a difficult pill to
swallow for me. But, I agree with you about what you say about time.

To help you understand dark matter and how it relates to gravity,
let's use the analogy of a bowling ball and a tank of water. The
bowling ball is the matter and the tank of water is the dark matter.

When you put the bowling ball into the tank of water the bowling ball
displaces the water. When you take the bowling ball out of the tank of
water there is not a void left in the tank. The water fills-in where
the water was. The water applied pressure towards the bowling ball.

Matter displaced dark matter analogous to the bowling ball displacing
the water. The dark matter displaces back. The dark matter applies
pressure towards the matter.

Pressure exerted by displaced dark matter towards matter is energy.
Pressure exerted by displaced dark matter towards matter is gravity.

On the quantum scale a nuclei displaces dark matter just like the
bowling ball displaces water. If you were to role the bowling ball
through the water the bowling ball would have an associated
displacement wave.

The analogy for a double slit experiment is a boat and its bow wave. A
moving boat has an associated bow wave. A moving particle has an
associated dark matter displacement wave.

In a double slit experiment the moving particle has an associated dark
matter displacement wave. The particle travels a single path and
enters and exits a single slit. The associated dark matter
displacement wave enters and exits multiple slits. If the bow wave of
a boat exited multiple slits the bow wave would exit the slits and
create interference which would alter the direction the boat travels.
The associated dark matter displacement wave exits multiple slits,
creates interference, and alters the direction the particle travels.

If you place buoys at the exits to the slits in order to detect the
boat you would destroy the coherence of the bow wave (i.e. turn the
bow wave into chop) and there would be no interference. Detecting the
particle causes decoherence of the associated dark matter displacement
wave (i.e. turns the wave into chop) and there is no interference.

I realize the above is a lot of information. What you realize is
important is dark matter displacement explains what occurs physically
in nature to cause gravity and explains what occurs physically in
nature in a double slit experiment.

The water fills-in where
the bowling ball was. The water applies pressure towards the bowling
ball.

Matter displacing dark matter is analogous to the bowling ball
displacing the water. The dark matter displaces back. The dark matter
applies pressure towards the matter.

What is important to
realize is dark matter displacement explains what occurs physically in
nature to cause gravity and explains what occurs physically in nature
in a double slit experiment.
