So you do not believe in slower time by gravity flow strength?
That is to me like saying time does not exist.

Time does not exist. That is exactly what is being said. Time is a
concept.

The rate at which an atomic clock ticks is determined by the dark
matter pressure in which it exists. The Earth displaces dark matter.
The dark matter is not at rest when displaced and displaces back.

The rate at which a clock ticks has nothing to do with time.

If you own a battery operated clock and it begins to tick slower has
time changed, or do you replace the batteries?

You replace the batteries because you understand time did not change.
The clock ticks slower because it requires new batteries.

Concepts do not exist.

Exactly. Just like time. Time is a concept. The rate at which a clock
ticks has nothing to do with time. The rate at which an atomic clock
ticks is determined by the dark matter pressure in which it exists.

If you own a battery operated clock and it begins to tick slower has
time changed, or do you replace the batteries?

You replace the batteries because you understand what occurs
physically in nature to cause the clock to tick slower. You understand
the clock ticks slower because it requires new batteries.
