Mike,
I'm a Dell guy but HP also makes a good product so it come down to
support and warranty options.

Here is one I ordered for a legal firm with 5 users where SQL and
Exchange are both are linked to a business app.

You can skip the redundant NIC's as they are no longer supported in
SBS2008.
