In Terminal,

cd /Applications # (and anywhere else you have them)

du -sk * # shows sizes in KB

open the applications folder and set it to list mode. the sizes will be
displayed.

another option is get omni disksweeper which will show you where your
disk space is being used.

You can get a list of all applications running System Profiler and
clicking on the Software > Applications line in the left column (it
takes awhile to scan the disk, looking for applications).

Most applications are stored as folders or packages in the Applications
folder. You can get a size of each folder by opening a Finder window,
navigating to the Applications folder, select a List view, select "Show
View Options" in the View menu, and checking "Calculate all sizes" (it
takes awhile to populate the Size column).

If you're running Snow Leopard, click Applications in the Finder window
and select display as a list (second icon from left). The file sizes are
listed.
