One of our users was having the same symptoms discussed on this post. IE kept crashing going to websites, GMAIL.COM was a good example that would always crash the IE window when attempting to access the website. The fix mentioned in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942367 did the job. I ended up not even having to install the hotfix mentioned in the article. I just did the registry portion and going to the websites was fixed. So if anyone else out there who is having the same problem, try just changing the REGISTRY settings first. -Ray
