The install is fairly quick--but although the current build has been stable for more than 24 hours, it is still worth watching for updates, say, once a week--particularly if you post code in developer groups. The update process is: Close the bridge, download the new build, run the installer, then start the bridge. The installer takes care of removing the previous build as long as it is not running.
