I believe it's for the more densely populated zip codes, to make it
simpler.

I loved it, Sab hated it. Lovely scenery though (and very nice apartment)
although not cheap at $2700 a month 10 years ago!

Near Columbus and Broadway, and City Lights. My favourite intersection
