Get a cheapo router and just connect your server to it if you have ISA - if
you don't, get a decent firewall appliance/router.

DNS problems. All clients must use the internal/SBS LAN IP for DNS, or
another internal DNS server's IP. No public IP.

Crossover? I wouldn't do that.... you really need some form of internet
connectivity to patch your server, etc.
