Don't see anywhere that the goverment has addressed other gasses in the
polution equation.

You would not be the first. A lot of drivel and a few bits of wit are
written on the papers each election. Whatever you do, do not leave the
numbers blank but put 1 or a X in each box.

That isnt clear yet, they may instead just hand out rebates to
say pensioners and others on welfare etc, like they currently do.

And its far from clear that either approach will change consumer behavior anyway.
