From: "Inn Jin [MSFT]" on 16 Jan 2007 03:33 Hi Patrick, Thank you for updating, I appreciate your effort on this issue, the mssbsssr.exe is one part of Monitoring component, it is located in C:\program files\Windows Small Business Server\Monitoring folder. It is strange that these MONxxx.tmp files are located on the temp folder, actually system may record some temp files in temp folder, and they will be automatically deleted, I monitored in our test machine and I didn't find any files like this name. Due to this situation, can you send the report file of FileMon to my working mailbox v-innjin(a)microsoft.com and also please send two copies of the monxxx.tmp files (just one or two files) to me for analyzing purpose. I appreciate your time. I am happy to be of assistance to you and look forward to your reply. Have a nice day! From: "Inn Jin [MSFT]" on 25 Jan 2007 06:30 Hi Patrik, Thank you for your mail. I appreciate your effort on this issue. Having analyze the filemon log. However, only I can find is the mssbsssr.exe is read and write, please notice that only from the filemon log we cannot isolate the issue. Also we need copies of the monxxx.tmp files (just one or two files) to determine which is the original cause, could you send one of two copies of MONxxx.tmp file to me? Thank you for your understanding. Have a nice day!
