Public WiFi spots? If the network has that many dodgy computers on it
sniffing passing packets I wouldn't even connect my PC to it!

My ISP uses MAC filtering, everything sent in the clear. Agggh!!
Anyone can wireshark, airodump or kismet the data, without ever
being part of the network.
With linux you can set up a ssl proxy in a couple of minutes
(stunnel4). Wondering what I could use under windows.
