You/One can usually tell when a bad message subject has been created improperly, ie first, as in this case. This subject indicates that Saxman wanted to have a little ranty about OL and (then, subsequently) ask about a freeware alternative. Office was on his mind when he created the subject first. I think that if he had written the subject last, it might have reflected the freeware request better, eg Freeware for Office? or Open Office? -- Mike Easter

Last time I looked it had got quite good. Doubt it will replace Quark real soon though. OO has a presentation application. Depends what you do with it. Why not give it a go.
