Licensed User - Desktop + Laptop? I have MS Office 2007 which was preinstalled on a Dell desktop. Diskettes were also provided. I just purchased a laptop and tried to install using the disks (I have my key number). Error message said the number was invalid. Isn't a laptop a "portable device" as defined in the EULA? after installing windows live, disaster I no longer can access most apps. I do have access to Outlook and to My Documents. I can not access "add or delete programs". Can't access PST file with Outlook 2010 - **I found the answer For anyone that cares. I removed the read attribute from the file by going to the command line (Run -> cmd [RETURN] now in the command window (DOS prompt) enter: attrib -r filename.pst and press [RETURN].
