"initializing folders", how to edit network delay? As anyone figured out how to edit ( I assume through a registry edit?) the time out/delay in office when you are trying to open a file and get this "initializing folders" dialog box that take forever to get rid of? EMF plotting Hi. I work with Geological modelling software that saves plots as emf or you can print directly from the system. If you plot the save emf to a plotter the scaling is not right. What in the #$% Office 2007 and user Folks What in the $%^ with office 2007 and WinXP Pro. Everything had been working just fine. I decided I didn't want to use a login password to the OS. Link to File is not working. EMBEDs are displayed as icons. I'm trying to create links to image files (.EMF .JPG .WMF) in Word 2007, Excel 2007, and PowerPoint 2007.
