Since it is the nucleus that does the fun stuff, what the electrons are
doing at the time won't matter. You'd just need a lot more of it.

Amereica bashing? Yes.

Frankly, if the militant Muslims blew up Paris tomorrow I'd think
about sending money. London? Oops, already been done. They're
simply too "sophisticated" to understand world war. ...as they
were sixtyish years ago.
