Actually, my FIL and I got along quite well. He was the kind where
the hardware store clerk should be jailed for selling a screwdriver
to. I was always fixing things around their house.

He was a middle school teacher, and at one time president of the local
NEA. ...during a strike, even. Like I said, useless. ;-)
