(e.g. do a send/receive, you are opening an item, .etc) Outside of that, the only two things I can think of after going from Office 2007 back to Office 2003 is the following. 1) After installing Office 2003, patch to the latest Office 2003 service pack plus critical security updates. 2) When it doubt about Outlook 2003, create a new mail profile via the mail applet in the program and delete the old one. Do not copy the existing settings because MS might have made changes to the way they store settings to the registry.
