From: Adeline on 17 Dec 2006 10:21 All of a sudden I cannot load Outlook. I get a message that I have downloaded another e-mail server; however, that is not true. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and still get the same message. Now I have uninstalled 2007, back to 2003, and still have no Outlook available. Any suggestions? -- Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower. ~ Albert Camus
From: Mary on 17 Dec 2006 11:39 If you installed OL 2007 without doing a custom install to a diff MS Office folder, you might have corrupted your MS Office folder for 2003. You will have to uninstall and reinstall all of Office 2003, not just OL. "Adeline" wrote: > All of a sudden I cannot load Outlook. From: neo [mvp outlook] on 17 Dec 2006 11:48 When uninstalling Office/Outlook 2007 and going back to Office/Outlook 2003, then you have to use the resolution mentioned in: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;926196&sd=RMVP "Adeline" <Adeline(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:AA4E618D-7F50-4DCB-8B98-6A24FB21B8B6(a)microsoft.com... > All of a sudden I cannot load Outlook. Thank you so very much, neo. Now I have Outlook, but I get the following message: The ordinal 7375 could not be located in the dynamic link library MSO.dll. I have no idea what to do, once again. > > http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;926196&sd=RMVP |
