I have a user that can not recieve pdf file's from other user's inside the
company, but can get them from the outside just fine, I have verfied the file
type, and it is correctly matched up with adobe reader 8.0 ,

Any thoughts on this.

What exactly is happening? Is the attachment not there?

It appears to be there.. I get the paper clip, but when I open the email
nothing is there.. Like it is getting scanned and taken off.. but thats not
setup as a file not to allow..

Well in this case the don't appear even though the paper clip appears.. make
sense..

I don't see the file .. When I right click on the email and say open
attachments.. (outlook 2003) it gives me a error : can't create file
:scan001.pdf
