Odd 3 situation...

Earlier I was on a train with 3, and on looking at Virgin's range of SIM only pay monthly contract offers, and decided to buy one, but on clicking, it gave me a 403 Forbidden page. Later on at home, I tried again, and was able to proceed. Curious, I plugged my 3 dongle again and yet again, I was getting 403 when hitting "add to basket". Am I not allowed to buy Virgin's products when using 3?
