The issue lies in the Office Update - this is the WindowsUpdate group, it
may be the mechanism to get the update in question, but it is not the only
mechanism for this update distribution and certainly is not *at fault* for
the problem with the update itself.

You can ask here - but a completely valid answer might be to refer you to
experts with the particular product that is giving you the trouble.
