From: Bruce Hagen on 19 Feb 2010 11:43 [x-posted to OE General] 1: Are the messages you are not receiving on the server's Webmail site? 2: In Tools | Accounts | Mail Accounts, make sure all your addresses are correct, especially the Reply address. (Which you can leave blank if you want the replies to go to the same address sent from). From: Ian on 19 Feb 2010 13:00 Ian 1: Server is Orange. Huge number of spam messages, (which I have removed), but could not find family messages. Do they perhaps expire after a certain number of days? 2. Have cleared the Reply address now. Still curious as to why should I be able to send but not receive? Is there a way to test my email account for receiving? 3. What is the email address or telephone number to check my Freeserve username is still valid with Orange and that the account is "live" Thanks for your help - Ian ======================

From: Bruce Hagen on 19 Feb 2010 13:06 1: If the messages are not on the server, it is either an account setting, or you exceeded the limit Orange gives you on their server. In your account properties / advances, remove the checkmark to leave a copy on the server, or set it to delete after X days. 2: Same answer as above. 3: Got Google? You don't know your ISP's telephone number? Should be on your bill. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail] Imperial Beach, CA "Ian" <ian(a)z9y8.freeserve.co.uk> wrote in message news:O1tVT1YsKHA.4492(a)TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... > Ian > > 1: Server is Orange.
