MSOE.DLL help needed Please help. OE6 doesn't start because "msoe.dll" isn't found. It is there and all dbx are archive-not-read-only and I tried everything visable on usenet, including installation of Internet Explorer 7. Hoped that the last action would install e new OE-6 or OE-7. OE Is Deleting My NG Headers I'm using OE6 as my newsgroup reader. I keep losing my already-downloaded headings from newsgroups. Very frustrating. I want to keep them. Error code 0x800CCC0E & 0X8000CCC78 I have been able to receive & send email on Outlook Express but now getting error code 0x8000CCC78 when trying to send. Any idea on how to fix this? Can't Delete Messages My friend runs XP with Outlook Express. Lately he has been unable to delete old messages. Right clicking and selecting 'Delete' does not work.
