The 3 ZTE one certainly can and the supplied software allows you to view
and compose them.

I don't know.

Does it depend also on the software used with the dongle, for which
there may be a choice? - example: I have a Huawei E160 supplied by O2,
for which there is O2 Connection Manager in the dongle, or one can use
Huawei's own Mobile Partner
