If your son didn't receive two batteries, ask PBattery to provide a shipper for the second battery. PBattery must have sent your son an order confirmation email for at least one order (maybe two?). Could he still have that in his deleted mail box? One time I was charged (can't remember by who) twice for the same item, and the vendor had no problem reversing one charge when they saw that the second charge was made less than a minute after the first charge.

If yes, then this warning is not to lose the customer number, correct otherwise you're screwed?

I just wanted > to warn other Dell laptop owners. > i have no opinion of pacific battery but it is hard to believe that anyone could forget their order number, the email address used to purchase the item, and the credit card company used to pay for and item (particularly when they are looking at the bill that shows unexpected charges). call the credit card company and dispute the charge. that will get a vendor's attention if your call to them could not.
