Second! Pretty much like angry IP scanner, but it also shows file

REM is a long-time ACF contributor and for the past several years he

This is always a thorny question. A version upgrade is usually a good
thing but not always. Since it was nominated as "Thunderbird 2"
that's probably the way the list will read. The link, however:

Will most likely point to the current version, whatever it is. All
programs still in development are updated as necessary. Most of the
time that's not a problem.

If ACF participants feel however there's a reason NOT to accept v3 as
a replacement when it's released, a new link will be needed that
points specifically to v2, and a note should be added to the
description.
