From the previous subsection, Gravitational Collapse of Stars that
become over-massive is equivalent to triggering ERASURE E:

1) E(A-->B) = P(N-->B) = P(0-->B) = 1 = Superluminality/Inflation.

At this point, the Universe (symbol S) or analogously sets of
Probability 1 (designated 1_i or 1 for simplicity here) are brought
into the foreground by the Probability 1 in (1), and reverse the
process by:

2) P(0-->B) = 1 = P(1) --> P(1-->B) = P(B) --> P(1-->0) = P(0) = 0 = 0
velocity/acceleration (opposite of Superluminality/Inflation
tendency).

The arrows (between different expressions) outside parentheses are
somewhat analogous to chemistry symbols indicating changes or
transitions which are empirical rather than strictly logical
analogs.

The scenario is essentially that of Neo-Cyclic Acceleration.
