Can't set up Bill Pay thru Quicken only

Scheduled Transactions Are Lost?
It seems to me that one of the menus had an option for Scheduled Transactions. I am no longer able to find it. I have had a few of them that seem to be getting entered. Just got Q 2010 and installed on new pc windows 7 home (64). Installation went smooth and have been adding check and credit card info. When closing it asks if I want to back up and I say yes. Quicken leaves hundreds of QFNxxx.TMP files
I noticed that Quicken leaves temporary files in my local temporary directory: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp they appear as QFNxxxx.TMP and are actually ZIP files with the FI List of institutions. You can see this by renaming/opening with Winzip. Seems really bad form to continually download "temp" file... 11 Jul 2010 14:50
