As a lurker to this group for years, and rarely a poster, because of the negativity and petulant behavior, I would just
like to make a suggestion in re to your RFD, my suggestion would be to use the alt hierarchy as alt.sys.apple.ipad for
example, as it is my belief that it should be simple to find and easy to use. I realize that it would not stem the
bickering and posturing here, but to me, it makes sense.

By the way, I was among the original group that created the newsgroup alt./sys.pc-clone.gateway2000 many years ago, but
then, we had all concerned with the creation in agreement. Lots of luck here <G>.
