I see,

in your case there are several possible ways to go.

1) Trobleshoot why you cannot use MMC for requesting certificate. Could be a
firewall, DNS, or DCOM problem.
2) Manually create a renewal request and use Web Enrollment pages (see
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc736326(WS.10).aspx for more
information).

You might be able to call tech support for your issuer and get them to walk
you through it.

1. I disable firewalls and nothing.
2. Finaly I can do it using "CertReq -new" in the command prompt. I did the
..inf file containing only two lines:

[NewRequest]
RenewalCert=38c7b0ff2416699e41b702f1abb28b1a8883ad1f

then it generate me a .txt file that contains the request I put in
"http://server/certsrv" in new request, advanced options, renew using a
certificate.

It works for my new certificate but It do not work for my old certificate
because it is out of date

Can I renew that certificate who has expired?

The error is:
"Se denegó su solicitud de certificado.

El id. de solicitud es 0. El mensaje de disposición es "Error al verificar
la firma de la petición o al firmar el certificado Un certificado requerido
no se encuentra dentro del periodo de validez cuando se ha realizado la
comprobación con el reloj de sistema actual o con la marca de fecha y hora en
el archivo firmado. 0x800b0101 (-2146762495)".

Thank you, finally I did it.
I changed the date of the server and the date of my machine while I did the
renewal process.
