IF the needed amino acid is not in any of the protiens to begin with you will not get it no matter if the protiens are called "95% complete". The needed 5% is not there. IOW If the protiens do not contain lysine as one of their building-block amino acids & the body cannot make it ... you will not get the needed lysine by eating the protien, no matterif it's 10% or 95% "complete". -- Cliff

IIRC Protiens digesl more slowly than glucose & the body, given it's choice of nutrients, will break down amino acids & protiens last (or as a last resort).
