To better explain the previous post.

As light passes a large gravity well, it causes a redshift. If the
Universes gravity was sufficiently strong, space contraction would
generate ALSO a blue-shift (You would need an equation that does
both).

LIKEWISE the Universe expansion may also be causing both a redshift
and a blue shift not from the motion of the expansion but by it's
negative force well (potential),

And as I said before perhaps even a double redshift or very least
likely double blue shift.

Many will agree with the logic provided.

-----------------------

Also it's not positive that gravity affects space's expansion (may
only dent the balloon's surface); same as two gravity wells (Two
galaxies) merge or every single gravity well merges may not cause a
collapse of the Universe or affect it's expansion.

Saddle shape it is TreBert

But there is a boundary to the edge of the saddle that makes no sense.
No it is unbounded; a round closed 4th dimension with the universe in
its surface. This is called the Hypersphere Model of cosmology.

Whatever you like to believe or draw, just remember that solely the
dimension & vector time emanating from the singularity is simulating
""all"" other dimensions known as the space-time manifold tensor
field.

The same way a processor through time, emanates the drawing on a 2d &
future 3d screen.

All four dimensions are expanding. The hypersphere interior is
timeless expansion in its slowest aether. Time expansion is space-time
points flowing into the universe continuum everywhere and at all times
at a very small rate. Only in great distances does expansion show up.
