That has been my experience. He's trying and probably doing a mighty good job I suspect. And surely he can learn. I doubt just pulling in someone with a "sysadmin" title will make things suddenly better and rosy. -- Rahul

The number of smart people reading a list like this is way more than what Red Hat could ever think of employing.
