From: Skylamar Jones on 24 Jan 2010 15:06 Hi. I own a cell phone but I'm home most of the time so I don't really use it and I rarely have it on. It's a prepaid minute phone and it's not that great. It's really only for emergencies. I have a friend who uses her cell phone a lot, including texting. I'm just wondering if there is a program or website that would allow me to exchange text messages with her, via the Internet, without using my cell phone. Thanks.
