STUN and TURN enable NAT traversal, so you can have stuff "outside"
your LAN making connections to your device inside. This is what tells
us that FaceTime can connect iPhones on different networks.

It was Cisco who owned the iPhone trademark, too. I wonder if the
agreement back in 2007 included the name iOS as well?
