Those who can't correctly interpret what they can see around the vehicle,
shouldn't be allowed to drive at all.

Even if a GPS device has settings for 'heavy goods vehicle' 'cyclist' and
so on, there's no guarantee that the user will make the right selection
for the journey - or even be aware of the possibility.
