The red shield itself is annoying and something "new" that some folks will not understand and find undesirable, generating additional Q&A. The article doesn't warn you about the message or the new shield in your Notification area. Why stimulate needless back and forth Q&A with yet another link when the next question is predictable. It is +13 hours from EST to Japan (Okinawa) :)... I should not need to know that.
