They may click on the message that pops up and read what it tells them they can do/explore their options on their own. There may be no further Q&A. The answer that was 'accepted' (or better yet - 'acknowledged') by the OP was: "It can be turned off completely through Control Panel>Security Center but not something I would recommend."
